ParticipantHey Sherley elliot Welcome to hp printer troubleshooting
If the hp printer is off or unavailable for conversation, it is offline. … Assure the hp printer has paper placed into the input plate, the right ink or color cartridges installed, and there are no errors or flashing lights on your printer control panel. Restart your printer and wait till it is ready to print.
1.Go to the Start icon on the bottom left of your screen then choose Control Panel. and then System and Printers. Right, snap your printer in question.
3.Choose “See what’s printing.”
4.From the window that opens select “Printer” from the menu bar at the head.
5.Choose “Use Printer Online” from the drop-down menuFebruary 1, 2021 at 5:26 am #773Sherley Elliot

follow the instructions:
Resetting the printing device might help resolve problems if you get a Printer Offline or Printer Not Responding error message. Snap Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners. Right-snap (or Control + click) anywhere inside the Printers window, and then snap Reset printing device
